Sponsorship Package Type A
Value: at least 1,000 lei
It is geared towards supporting the participation of a team in the final phase of the contest. It’s RON value is primarily intended for the prize pool at the final phase. The sponsorship contract is issued between the sponsor and APTE as as a non-profit association involved in organizing the contest as the treasurer.
For this package the sponsor received the following promotional benefits:
a) Sponsor may display during the event a roll-up to promote their company;
b) The sponsor’s name appears on all promotional materials for the event: website, the poster, brochure competition;
c) The sponsor may request the supported team to show (to wear) during the final phase of the contest promotional materials (T-shirts, caps, bags, etc.) labeled with the sponsors identity elements . In this case the sponsor will provide the materials.
Sponsorship Package Type B (Gold)
Value: at least 2,000 lei
For this package the sponsor received the following promotional benefits:
a) Sponsor may display throughout the event a roll-up to promote their company;
b) The sponsor’s name appears on all promotional materials for the event: website, the poster, brochure competition;
c) The sponsor receives a 1 page presentation describing their activities and interest in the contest brochure and display spaces at the final stage;
d) The sponsor may request the supported team to show (to wear) during the final phase of the contest promotional materials (T-shirts, caps, bags, etc.) labeled with the sponsors identity elements . In this case the sponsor will provide the materials.
Sponsorship package type C (Platinum)
Value: at least 3,000 lei
For this package the sponsor received the following promotional benefits:
a) Sponsor may display throughout the event a roll-up to promote their company;
b) The sponsor’s name appears on all promotional materials for the event: website, the poster, brochure competition;
c) The sponsor receives a 1 page presentation describing their activities and interest in the contest brochure and display spaces at the final stage;
d) The sponsor receive a one year webpage presentation on the contest website;
e) The sponsor benefits from a presentation stand at the event;
f) The sponsor may request the supported team to show (to wear) during the final phase of the contest promotional materials (T-shirts, caps, bags, etc.) labeled with the sponsors identity elements . In this case the sponsor will provide the materials.
A sponsor can provide simultaneous packages A + B or A + C.
Local Organizing Committee may attract other sponsorship dedicated the final phase of the contest. These can be in the form of money or objects, the latter being dedicated premiers participants. The conditions under which these sponsorships are negotiated depend on their value, between the steering committee and local committee and the respective sponsor.
